Tmail is a Trinity-branded version of Google Gmail. All Trinity faculty, staff, and current students are assigned a Tmail email address ending in @trinity.edu. To conduct Trinity business, you must use your Tmail account. Please note that your Tmail credentials are not the same as your Trinity University Network Credentials.
Your Tmail credentials will also give you access to the rest of the Google Workspace, including Google Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Sites, Hangouts, and more applications.

Google Workspace is a web-based service and can be accessed at any time, on any device, by logging into your google account with your Tmail credentials.
A TU enrolling student checklist is populated in the admission portal behind password protection after students submit their enrollment deposit. This checklist will include when students receive their temporary credentials for both T-Mail and Trinity University Network accounts.
If you need help accessing these two accounts for the first time, please contact ITS via email at ITSupport@trinity.edu or by calling 210.999.7409.
ITS creates a Tmail account for new employees after Human Resources assigns a Trinity ID number. ITS will send the account information directly to the department administrative assistant. Contact ITS at ITSupport@trinity.edu or by calling 210.999.7409 to check on the status of a new account.
As per the Electronic Communications Policy, Tmail accounts will remain active for one year after graduation. After one year, graduates will no longer be able to access student their Trinity email account.
Step 1: Open your favorite internet browser and go to tmail.trinity.edu.
Step 2: Enter your email credentials: username@trinity.edu and your email password.
(If this is your first time logging into Tmail, please contact ITS at 210-999-7409 for your temporary email password.)
Step 3: You must change your password immediately the first time you log in.
To ensure your Trinity Google account is secure, sign up for 2-Step Verification and follow our password policy.
