Tmail is a Trinity-branded version of Google's Gmail, a cloud-based email system. All Trinity faculty, staff, and current students are assigned a Tmail email address ending in Once Tmail has been set up, you will automatically be able to use the same username and password to access all the software included in G Suite for Education (Google Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Sites, Hangouts, and so on).

New Students

After a student submits their enrollment deposit, their admissions portal is populated with TU's enrolling student checklist. In this checklist, there will be information regarding a general timeline for what to expect, including when you will receive your temporary credentials for both T-Mail and Trinity University Network accounts. These credentials will be sent within the admissions portal so they may be accessed behind password protection.

New Employees

Your Tmail account will be created after a Trinity ID number has been assigned to you by Human Resources. New accounts are created by ITS within 3 business days of new-hire paperwork being submitted to HR and the account information is sent directly to the department administrative assistant.
