Our technicians create and modify network and Tmail accounts for Trinity users. These users include students, faculty, staff, and retired classifications.

Accountable property refers to the Trinity issued IT equipment assigned to you. This includes laptops, desktop, monitors, etc. Please complete this form to indicate what assigned equipment you will take off campus for purposes of working from home. This form must be on file with ITS prior to taking your equipment off campus.

Authentication integration is the use of Single Sign-On integration for new systems or currently used applications and systems. Examples include Workday, Zoom, etc. Single Sign-On provides another layer of security to our network.


The Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) allows Trinity faculty, staff, and students to manage digital learning, create and present learning materials online, and assess student learning.

Canvas is primarily a web-based software; however, any Trinity user can access Canvas on a mobile device from the Canvas Teacher and Student apps.

At our 101 office located on the first floor of the library, we have Dell Laptops and Apple iPads available for checkout.

ITS partners with OculusIT to perform a data security assessment on new university contracts, software purchases, or any other system/technology that resides or interacts with TU network and computing resources.

ITS will diagnose and work on computers and/or peripherals. We do not work on personal computers.

ITS offers direct faculty consultation services to explore all options and technologies available at Trinity. Instructional designers help faculty think through design, planning, and delivery considerations, emphasizing student engagement and instructor manageability. In addition, instructional designers assist with technical questions about the LMS, lecture capture, video conferencing software, classroom technology, and third-party tools like Poll Everywhere and LinkedIn Learning.

Provides wire and wireless access to the Internet for the Trinity campus. Access is available in and around the campus building.
