How to Access a Remote Session

 

Procedure

  1.  Open a google chrome web browser and type in  remote.trinity.edu

  2.  Login using your Trinity credentials

  3.  Click on the representative that you are working with.

  4.  Click on the file folder in the bottom left corner of the web browser and download the Bomgar       application.

  5. Accept the statement allowing the TSS representative to have access to your computer

  6. Once troubleshooting has been completed, the session will be closed and you will be given a screen prompt to view or download the chat transcript alongside a chance to fill out a survey with how your interaction went with the representative.
