Instructions on how to access forms that are designated as an eForm can be found below. If you are a student that has permanent residence within countries in which GDPR applies or if you have any difficulties accessing an eForm, please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@trinity.edu for assistance.  

This article covers these three scenarios: 

  • Login Instructions for Current Students, Faculty, and Staff
  • Login Instructions for Non-Trinity Accounts
  • Instructions for Forms Requiring Action

Login Instructions for Current Students, Faculty, and Staff

  1. If the form you are filling out is designated as an eForm, you will be taken to Trinity’s eForm platform.

  2. Once you are at the login page, please login using your Trinity University network credentials (the same username and password for TigerPaws, TU Secure) by selecting the option that has the Trinity University logo.

  3. Depending on the form, some of the fields may auto-populate. For those that do not, please fill out all applicable fields. Some forms may also require attachments of supplemental information. Supplemental information can be attached using the “Attachments” option found at the bottom of the page:

  1. Once you have reviewed your completed form, hit the “Submit” button located at the bottom of the page:

  1. You will receive an email from eforms@trinity.edu indicating that your form has been submitted. You will also receive an email once the form has been processed.

  2. If you have any questions, please email the respective department that is responsible for the form.

Login Instructions for Non-Trinity Accounts

Some forms may be intended for those who do not have current network credentials. If this is the case, please login using your personal G-Mail email address. At this time, G-Mail (email addresses ending with @gmail.com) is the only supported form of public authentication.

  1. If the form you are filling out is designated as an eForm, you will be taken to Trinity’s eForm platform.
  2. Once you are at the login page, please login using your personal G-Mail account (email addresses ending with @gmail.com) by selecting the option that has the G-Mail logo.
  3. Depending on the form, some of the fields may auto-populate. For those that do not, please fill out all applicable fields. Some forms may also require attachments of supplemental information. Instructions for Forms Requiring Action

  1. If you received a notification from eforms@trinity.edu indicating an action must be taken as part of a form’s workflow, you will need to log into Trinity’s eForm platform using Trinity University network credentials (see Login Instructions for Current Students, Faculty, and Staff for assistance) .
  2. Once you have logged in, you will see the following menu:

 

  1. Any form requiring action will appear in your “eTrieve Central Inbox”. Depending on the form, you may be required to approve, reject, or fill in additional information on the form. You will be presented with the appropriate options for the form within this pane.
