Help in the Classroom


We are committed to providing comprehensive audio/visual support for classrooms and events. If you have issues with a teacher station computer, room projection system, room audio, or with equipment checked out from ITS, please contact the HelpDesk. This immediate classroom support is available from M-Th 8am-8pm, Fridays 8am-5pm, and for special events by prior arrangement. 

If you know you will need help setting up or using technology for a lecture or event, please contact ITS as soon as possible to set up a consultation meeting.

Please Note: We are unable to troubleshoot office or personal computers, networking, wifi, digital storage, computer power supply issues, or any computer damage.

Getting Help

If you need to submit an urgent classroom technology help request, please call the HelpDesk at x7409 or send an email with a description of the issue to helpdesk@trinity.edu. The HelpDesk will assign a troubleshooting ticket for immediate assistance.
